Super produced the graphic and fabricated elements for Auspicious: Motifs in Chinese Art at the Chau Chak Wing Museum. The work brought together hand-finished dimensional titles, sublimation-printed cotton voile, bilingual vinyl text and direct-printed frosted acrylic labels.
Production detail
The English and Chinese title forms needed the irregular character of hand-modelled clay with a dependable concealed fixing. A series of prototypes established a lightweight construction and gloss colour finish that could be installed safely without losing the hand-made surface.
